Why would SI buy the "dream" at 40c to raise well over $100 million a year ago thru a cap raising when RC was at the helm?

What were they told, what info did they get that us mere mortals were not privy to?

It had to be very encouraging...there must have been a big upside as we know those invited to participate are not mug punters...they are better informed than us.

What's changed - Crux and Management

Crux
We all know the financial situation that NXS is in BUT that was the same back then. Only difference now is we own 17% of Crux not 85%... is that good or bad?

I think we are in a better position/upside as we've got Shell on board to get this to production.

IMO Shell will cover costs, NXS will pay interest only until debt is repaid (or manageable) when producing. Just as the case is in business world when you take on board a "junior" partner and most times they don't tip in just receive their percentage of profit.

Management
In regards to management we've gone from Huey, Dewy and Lewy to two of the most senior leaders in O&G with huge reputations/contacts and the proven ability to get things done. That must be a huge win.

What we know

M&G bailed 200 million shares at 16c and smashed the sp to sub 10c (9.6)
NO ONE became a substantial holder...instead of being a well held/tight company these shares, 200 mil on the open market, now made NXS an easy share to manipulate and put fear amongst impatient holders, as we have seen over the past few months...in the match up, stacking the sell side and after hours x trading.

What we need to do

Be PATIENT and just when you've had enough be more patient!

REMEMBER - It's not as if we are drilling/searching for oil & gas we have it and some very good assets at that, extremely good, extremely desirable acreage...and don't forget we are a PRODUCER Longtom $6-8 million a month!

As stated before I feel for those who bought in at very inflated prices but you can't change that....unless of course you average down which would be very advisable if you can.

There is a great upside from here. How much only time will tell.

Don't lose hope .. don't give up...give management a chance to realize your dreams & hopefully our profits.
