I find it interesting where people who are non holders/non sentiment suddenly come on a forum of a company that has no meaning to them and give their knowledge/advice on the company without any credible information or if they do disclose some, it is incorrect.
I am all for positive/negative comments, it keeps a level minded debate, but please add reasons as to why you have positive/negative thoughts or ideas. When people post that the SP has gone down by 444% when in fact the SP had a high of 19¢ 21 March 2018 and closed at 3.6¢ today 5 November 2018 a decline of 81%.
Yes I totally agree with the negative posters that the SP has taken a hammering and the SS was definitely the catalyst with the total up-front capital cost to complete this project was estimated to be between AU$2.0 billion to AU$2.5 billion.
I have already stated that with the ASX listing rules the company advises that the study it is based upon low-level technical and economic assessments (+/-35%)
Calculations:
($2.0 billion + 35% = $2.70 billion)
($2.5 billion + 35% = $2.87 billion)
($2.0 billion - 35% = $1.30 billion)
($2.5 billion - 35% = $1.62 billion)
I would definitely say most if not all were taken back with the cost reported and the SP showed that, but lets look at a mineral that has increased 840% in the last 2 years
https://www.marketsandmoney.com.au/...re-than-840-in-the-last-two-years/2018/11/02/
Lots of people think $2.5 billion is a lot of money, but BHP are keen with their South Flank new iron ore project at $3.8 billion in capital.
https://www.*.com.au/bhp-iron-ore-mine-pilbara-south-flank-2018-6
Iron ore currently price is $72.92 US/t.
https://www.marketindex.com.au/iron-ore
Vanadium pentoxide 98% (only) is $33.90lb.
https://www.vanadiumprice.com/
So the big Australian is willing to spend $3.8 billion on a mine for $72.82 a US Ton ore, why do you think someone wont pay $2.5 billion (will be lower than that) on a mine for $16950 US ton ore? (Will be higher for the 99.51% vanadium pentoxide, but using the lower grade for example.)
My comments/posts are based completely on my own experience thoughts and interpretation along with my current financial position at the time.
Conduct your own due diligence, consult a licensed financial advisor or broker before making any and all investment decisions. As usual all constructive criticism welcomed.Good luck to all that hold.
