This is not advice - just clarity on the target statement for those that may be confused.
SH do not need to accept the offer today in order to receive the 1.20 on offer.

In short, OCJ need to accept the offer today for the 75% to be achieved. IF this is achieved, all SH that accept up to the 3rd March WILL receive the 1.20. Acceptances after today will not only receive 1.05 IF the 75% is achieved.

I've heard and seen some comments that SH believe today is the last day to ensure you get 1.20 in the event of OCJ accepting.

The 1.20 is an inducement by FMG to get holders to accept. Basically the reality is that if OCJ don't accept the 75% won't be achieved and anyone who accepts would receive 1.05.

Hope this clears up any confusion.
