Just to confirm - in line with all recent correspondence, phone calls etc, this takeover offer is underpriced!
I intend not to sell into it and commit the only ways you will receive my shares is for the offer to go to 7c... or force me to compulsory acquisition!!
If you get to 50.1% you may be an anchor to my shares, but I will also ensure I don't give you a free ride. I suspect there will be others that feel the same way!
Much has happened since you put in your offer...there would be no loss of face by you agreeing there is greater value in NDO than when you concocted this low ball offer a number of weeks ago.
My one million shares may not be an earth shattering number, but they are mine...and I want more for them than you are offering!
Come on...negotiate (with the owners - not just the directors) for what you want!
