    Hi gupper,

    Sounds logical. The directors of GRN hav been concerned for some time that our share price has been falling, whereas Kimberly Diamonds has been rising, yet GRN own 40 % of the diamond JV.

    A float of the diamond interest may be on the cards probably on very beneficial terms to the GRN holders.

    A capital raising by itself is not required as the company has sufficient cash for the next 2 or 3 years.

    Just my thoughts, so expect good news.
