Yes, i am aware that Mobilarm are planning their own IPO.
However their selling of stock at the moment does raise questions? Just because they are listing independantly shouldnt automatically mean they have to sell QTK stock. Also what levels are they planning on taking their holdings down too, if they want out altogether that is still 16 million shares......
If I am right and QTK are on the cusp of something enormous you must admit it is strange that one of their major shareholders appears to be getting out in a big way. I think its plausable that there is a logical explanation but it does seem strange, and as bullish as i am on the future of QTK.......i have to admit that.
