I could not resist buy get back into the buying mood today. increase my position big time
I admit I am down 30% on this one... but investors in stocks like this have to be brave and hold it when the market is overreacting.... the market turned is back for gold stocks....mmm?
PE = stupidly low
Perfomance = could be better but once fixed 3Q will be excellent
Gold reserve = plenty
Risk = lowering
future = still bright
Gold fundamentals are still good. The world has more debt than ever, USA can go forever printing money, growth in EU is dead, unemployment growing and Central banks promissing there is no currency war....or at least they dont want to use the word anymore.
Although, all this expeculation around is quite disturbing, this is a massive opportunity for those who made some money lately on blue chips.... I sold all other stocks and I am 100% on gold stocks.
Crazy? stocks like PRU, RMS, SAR, NCM are dirty cheap.
Hard for those riding it. But It wont be long untill the market give the patient investor a positive surprise in 2013.
