@ tooter ....I really don't know but an interesting question could they sell them at lets say 24 when the SP on market is 20 ? I will ask my broker next time I'm talking to her .I don't have enough shares to be in the top twenty but my broker did tell me there was an entity doing a ring around plus I do know three people in the top twenty and they have all been asked .
