Having been to the area myself a few times I can say that its a very mine friendly place to do business
When I was there the town was buzzing with several foreign resource company execs there talking at a mining conference
While our market is treading water the Philippines stock market is booming and I would not be surprised if a local mining company didn't snap RED up at at these prices
Beside Siana Greg is also quite excited about Algeria..He did mention some impressive copper grades
Technically gold needs to break 1630
and RED tends to do outperform in a rising market
