exactley Taboon. The BHP's Vales etc have the iron ore market wrapped up at the moment and surely they know that the price of retreat (which meand profits go down) if the Chinese can get their hands directly on a Iron Ore project instead of being ditacted too by the BHP's etc. this is a big project and if they think if Africa will be the new Pilbara they would be crazy to let it go IMO.
