    I will be voting, No.

    I really think most holders will be happy to toss in the towel and accept the .57c on offer from Hanlong. The way board and Hanlong have gone about this has had it's desired effect. The settlement has been far too long, and I think most of us, including me are just sick and tired of this TO. I can't blame any of you who vote for the TO, but I am not going to give Hanlong my vote.
