Del, revenue and free cash flow from alluvial revenue's are two VERY SEPARATE things.

You are suggesting Lucapa receives, in affect a 50% royalty on Diamonds sales until it's investment is re-paid, which I do not believe will be the case.

IMO what this actually means for shareholders is the JV will sell it's diamonds, pay it's costs and then distribute free cashflow after expenses have been paid - this will require the JV to operating at a profit.

With no visibility over the books of this at a shareholder level, we are relying on the JV's costs not over running proceeds from sales - hopefully this very basic concept has now been grasped.
