Do not contact Commsec or whichever broker you trade through.

Just Fax your completed Proxy form to (08) 9220 9820 OR
Post to the company at P.O Box 7654 Closters Sq, Perth WA 6850

It is strange that the company's registry manager (Security Transfer Registrars) is not handling the mail out and tallying of the votes.
Any legally qualified persons on the forum.
Could you advise if this failure to use an outside party invalidates any vote?
It could be argued that having employees of the company tallying votes would be a conflict of interest for those employees.
