If soeone wants to make a difference, why not invite all disgruntled shareholders who post on Hot Copper to send their proxies to you.
I am not sure how it works, but everyone concerned were to email ONE person to represent them.... giving the details of their respective shareholding... then those details can be aired at the AGM.

Example:-
"Mr Chaiman, I am Billy Fanakapan and I am holding the proxies of 200 shareholders representing 100,000,000 shares .... who vote "NO" to the remuneration package.

If you are not successful, owing to a technicality, the least it will do is demonstrate the discontent of 200 shareholders.
More importantly, it will bolster the resolve of other attendees who may be lacking that tiny bit of courage to take a similar, vocal stand.
It doesnt take much for such a stand to grow into an avalanche at an AGM.... believe me.

How often have I been in a similar position, but remained silent because I was unaware I had any support sitting in the room..... and left the meeting deeply disappointed in myself.
