Pre-Fukushima with PEN at 15cents was definitely an illusion. It went up too high and too quickly due to irrational exuberance and unrealistic expectations.

PEN at 15cents meant that the company had a fully diluted market cap of more than $450million eventhough the PFS valued Lance at $168million fully derisked and in production which was still targeted at 2012 at the time and Karoo had only just begun some initial exploration work.

That's why I found the constant ramps about $1 share price targets in 12 months quite shocking.
