Thanks NBT. FlyingDr is having another resurrection.
Forward strategies are best left for NBT to reveal than for myself to discuss as an individual. However,
(1) I would like to emphasise NBT's 249D strategy is very much aligned with a No-vote outcome.
In a previous post NBT said:

"4) In the event that a “No” vote succeeds on 12 June, then a range of possible further actions come into play, of which one indeed may be to commence a S249D action at that time. Much will depend on the actions of SGH, NXS and the major NXS shareholders immediately following a “No” vote as to which potential options will come into play and when.
Conversely, a request for an EGM to be held by SGH under S249D would have an immediate effect of raising publicity regarding the governance issues surrounding the MIA both with media and also among SGH shareholders."
===End Quote
2) My understanding is that a No-vote (or AGAINST vote) does not directly trigger administration. I believe Nexus must first approach their financiers (SGH) to attempt to refinance/extend etc. SGH's intentions are detailed in the Scheme, but these are "intentions" and as circumstances change I'm sure there may be reasons for their intentions to change. This is all speculation on my part, but NBT's strategy of putting a very bright 249D spotlight on this process is a sound one in my opinion.
3) The situation is very fluid, all the major players will be acting for their own interests and I'm sure everyone at NBT will be strategising and trying to anticipate the outcomes.
For the time being, NBT are calling for SVW holders, old or new, to contact them. This is one avenue where NXS holders can help in a very positive way to help the Battle. 100 SVW holders are needed for this strategy to work.
The NBT team are working extremely hard. Much more is happening behind the scenes than may be evident on the surface. The financial and time commitments of the team are a finite commodity. All support from HC and registered members is appreciated.
FlyingDr.
Disclosure: These are my own personal opinions and I do not speak on behalf of NBT.
