Interesting that Canada has reached "peak gas' and its implications for pricing in the US
we just had the second most violent and swift commodity correction after silver in 1980. After that you need to go back to the 1850's in the corn market to get such a wild downside move...
anyway such moves always have a reaction and that will most likely see oil moving back upto 60 to 70 and gas . already in its seasonal upswing, will get caught in the updraft back to 8 to 9 for a while before another leg down
therefore if you want to trade this stock I'd sell in March. I have both a trading view on PSA and long term as I like the long term outloook for nat gas stocks in the USA. PSA is badly short on reserves after end 2010 though
PSA will most likely restart exploration in feb/march once it gets back to full production and then it becomes an exploration play, and we know how risky that is but I'll keep some just in case
