The board is supposed to represent the interests of all shareholders.

At what point can share holders expect the board to act in our interest, and have a new leader put into the company?

MDV has the potential to become great, otherwise we wouldn't have invested in it. It still does, but:

Clearly the current management have had a go and not achieved. What is a reasonable timeframe for him to have a go? I think most would agree that has passed.

It's time for the board to step up.
