Yes there were warnings from others about incompetent managment, but don't be too hard on your self. There were also good good signals.

They have invested in the company them selves and that is a good sign.

So they are hurting too. You would think that would act as a major motivator.

It just yet again questions their judgement.

MDV was never a short term trade, but just look at the chart history. Imagine if you had invested from the beginning!!!
