pixie_40, I was offered some good advice on HC once regarding writing to pollies (after venting my anger about the RPST!), and it was not to say you WON'T vote for them. Just say you'll be re-considering, etc..depending on their actions on the issue at hand. If they have already lost you they won't care about trying to please!
Also, as much Nick X gave relative support to fuel cells - he is just another politician in my book (I'm from Adelaide BTW) and he definitely knows which way the wind is blowing and which populist bandwagon to jump aboard. The best WE can do is spruik the merit of our CFU BANDWAGON and hope some of them get on board! A letter or phone call can make the difference in my view.
