    I would see this as a back door listing similar to WHN.

    A new project, new people and some loose ends like Sciano that could be dealt with soon. ( Similar to PB of WHN)

    GDN could go a long way as POV1A could be a producing well from day one. If the Ukrane gas price is 5 times that of NYMEX price, it would worth $450m to GDN.
