I recently visited the Golden Temple, in Amritsar in India. It’s a Sikh temple. I had to wear a makeshift turban and remove my shoes to enter. On the same trip we visited a giant Mosque in New Delhi and had to remove our shoes. My wife was wearing ripped jeans and had to cover her legs with traditional Muslim attire. We didn’t cry about it. We just did it.
But victims will always be victims. If that’s what you’re offended by, you’re living a pretty miserable life.
