Hi Chris the first thing I do is find the shares on issue and also the shares to be issued if the company is buying something.I then calculate the market cap.I then look at the revenues to come through and expected profit.If something has a market cap over $10-20 million and will not turn a profit within a year I would not touch it. Its speculation out of control.I prefer companies with a proven business model.
