You are correct potential buyers of the 4DS technology do not require explainer videos.
The same cannot be said about thousands of shareholders who would value an explainer video. Perhaps they are even legally entitled to such information.
The information flow from 4DS to its shareholders, after the October meeting will be interesting to follow.
How many retail shareholders understand the relationship between the 4DS memory technology and the imec megabit array? How many have any comprehension of power saving possibilities of the 4DS technolgy?

If I owned shares in a junior mining company, with a significant copper, lead and silver deposit it intended selling, I would want more rather than less information.
