    I think those figures that are given are a little off the mark....ie

    1 in 5 would not report corruption.....I think that figure would be far higher.....

    An are less likely to report it if they witnessed it down the track.....( as they could be targeted down the track by the brother hood ) if word got around they reported it....

    1 in 5 feared losing their job...….

    More like 90% of the entire police workforce an staff would fear losing their job if they reported it...or victimised or punished in some way by their fellow workers... ( so called Brothers ) oh and sisters and Transgenders....

    Also remember the Vic police is one BIG UNION FAMILY an Public Service Family....which is dangerous in itself at times....an it can be helpful as well...( depends on the situation an who is involved )
