the problem with selection is that even if you have good selection and good training - as soon as new blood enters rotten culture - it gets contaminated.

I have been in it - it's literally impossible to change - well, I couldn't work out a way anyway - one could batter one's head against the wall for decades and if one did survive - it would kill you.

I found that chances of survival were about zip though - if you stand - - you are on the outer - very much so.
