now, you seem to have changed to this

" People have never been able to wander wherever they please,"


I'm sorry - all I said was that we have given up freedoms in Australia -

We DID have the freedom to roam though Tasmanian highlands and NSW and Vic highlands --WHENEVER WE WANTED

we could travel in WA - the vast majority of it once you left the private property in the south - we COULD do that FREELY - whenever we wanted and go wherever we wanted as long as we respected private property - like livestock, and infrastructure

we HAD THAT FREEDOM

all I am saying is that it has gone -

that is a pretty simple concept and it's pretty readily known by any who did it in previous decades.

If you want another example - look at shacks on crown land - Tasmania, I also believe SA, and other states --- we used to have the freedom to go to places - plonk down a building and have it as our holiday house -

no more --- gone.
