How do they arrive at these figures, it is inconceivable that they are raw figures

Are they adjusted because of the increase in population?

IE --- we have about half a million people come into this country every year so deaths per hundred may be down but it is a false figure if that is the basis of their statistics

If you just take raw figures of how many you will have a far different result.
