    It says a lot about the average retail investor's "faith" in the ASX and ASIC that we all just accept that alleged blatant insider trading (as it would appear, at least)is now just an accepted fact of life on the markets, and that there is no point in even bothering to contact ASX and ASIC.

    I've done that so many times in the past, and have NEVER, EVER, received any information back from either of them ("oh, it's all a big secret now and we're not allowed to tell you anything") that there seems no point.

    ASX compliance, and ASIC "investigations" are a complete and utter, toothless joke.
