Here is the LSF performance for April:
APRIL: LSF NAV +3.4%; ASX200 +3.1%; LSF SP +5.8%
A good month overall, but unfortunately both the NAV and SP dropped in the last couple of days of the month reducing the overall outperformance compared to ASX (which as noted before isn't necessarily the best benchmark for various reasons).
A reminder that these charts are baselined so that the ASX200 and the LSF NAV are identical at the time I started this comparison, which was 20/8/18. We're still down over 22% in SP since the fund started a year ago and 17% on pre-tax NAV.
