Just who is buying?

The share price is now reaching dizzying heights compared to just a few weeks back when I thought it had run its course.
This looks like its heading to $20.00, but that's probably in part wishful thinking.
The half year results should push that along quickly if A2's result is any guide.
But it still begs the question, who is buying BAL?
Is someone slowly taking a strategic position with the view to a T/O?
Or are there many shareholders getting in while they can?
