    someone would buy or sell something
    this would have to be the least traded stock on the ASX with more than say 500 million shares on issue
    the tree shaker can quite confidently leave his orders there at .003 then snap up any put for sale alongside him

    the one already there is like the fish that hangs around the sharks mouth to clean and scavenge
    the shark leaves him alone to appear that his not dangerous

    well thats my guess anyway
