    IMO, there is no problem with money guys - they got heaps. It is, IMO based on the agreements, CSD money but sitting in another pocket.

    The reason for this is that they are still separate cos legally.

    It would be nice if they could tell us what the hold-up really is all about. If they assess stamp duty and CSD objects to it then they should tell us? If they have not yet assessed the duty because of complexities, they should still let us know??
