Cowboy no one has come forward to back your account of the A.G.M though i have asked for you so i would not hold your breath for posters ringing up people for you. You have to start backing your posts up better and doing a bit more research. As it is even when you may be telling the truth on a subject most people have got to the stage where they almost automatically don't believe you.

As for any pay cut by director's (assuming you are right) i would see this as positive we both agreed in a previous posts this would be a good thing. It would help them avoid a placement and it means they will not be inclined to string things out. However keep posting what with Salty getting banned you will have to pick up the standard in both senses of the word.
