Comex gold futures on Tuesday morning hit a fresh all-time record high of $1304.60, basis December futures, as of this writing. Bargain-hunting buying interest once again surfaced at lower price levels and has propelled the gold market higher. A weakening U.S. dollar index is providing a booster for the gold market bulls. Technically, December gold futures are showing a big and bulllish "outside day up" on the daily bar chart Tuesday, whereby the high is higher and the low is lower than the previous session's trading range, with a higher last trade. December gold last traded up $5.50 an ounce at $1304.10.
