Justice delayed is justice denied

TBR/RND have been waiting 12 months for the judgement of their case against NST.

Given that this first round of litigation is likely to lead to more (whichever way the judgement falls) the courts seem intent on hosing down the fire with delays.

The judge would have made his decision at the hearing...to take over a year to put his reasons to print is a joke.

NST has wronged TBR/RND and the courts are missing the opportunity to correct this. The silly thing is that the wrongdoers of NST (AKA Beament and his puppets) have deserted the ship and left the NST BOD holding the baby.

NST has sold off the EKJV, but remain liable for all past, present and future litigation from TBR/RND. Hopefully, NST's current BOD see sense in not taking on someone else's fight and settle amicably. Otherwise, it looks like this dispute is headed to over a decade of litigation.
