Having held shares in this company for 24 years, I have observed that TBR management has always acted in my interest. Hard, canny but fair would be my assessment.
I would also comment that givebobajob has continued to be an excellent contributor to the TBR blog in Hot Copper.
With respect to the court case, I was fortunate to sit through most of it. Should the TBR claims be denied, it would have some “interesting” implications throughout the gold mining industry
That said, judgement has taken far too long.
