In this matter:
Lanco Resources Australia Ltd & Ors v. Griffin Energy Group P/L & Ors (CIV 1298/2015)

Meaning Justice Kenneth Martin is not on Winter vacation.
Meaning yesterday's 8% plunge following this revelation...

...should be reversed today, since judgment could be any day now, even tomorrow.
Justice Kenneth Martin had 2 days in the middle of the Minerology trial 2 weeks ago where he was not in session. He also had 2 days this week where he was not in session. That makes 4 business days.
How long does it take to write a judgment when the sole question is whether there was a contract on a single date in April, 2016?
When the issue of costs has been separated out, simplifying things further?
When the MZN v KDR trial that was set down for 5 days lasted only 3?
Justice Kenneth Martin reportedly took 5 weeks to hand down judgment in this matter:

He reportedly took 7 weeks to hand down judgment in this matter:

It has now been 5 weeks since the MZN v KDR trial ended.
A judgment could come with little warning and judgments are frequently delivered in the morning at 10.15 or 10.30 Perth time.
Hope this provides a good summary and thanks to to @beachboy2 for being the first to spot the discrepancy:
