Its plausible and this is a grubby game, though the downside is potentially significant for MZN, at least for shareholders equity. An award of costs should and will be made to dissuade others from bringing this nonsense to the courts. If Ive learnt anything its those at the top of firms are usually significantly more stupid than those at the bottom.
