The only truism here is that nobody will shift anyone else's views on abortion.
That said, Biden is first and foremostly a devout Catholic.
That said Biden is fence sitting on some aspects of the vacancy is not all that surprising.
On a similar tangent Trump may pick a woman with broader voter appeal than some of his previous choices. Who knows, she may actually know something about the law.
The wheel is in spin. Biden has nothing to gain electorally by saying too much on this unless Trump's choice has atrocious legal qualifications.
