Ok, maybe Mrs Ginsburg lost her marbles at the end and was uttering nonsense but to those who think that her undoubtedly sharp mind remained sharp that statement is not the statement of a legal scholar.

'a new president' - wait five years?
'installed' - nope

Nobody will ever know but it would sadden me to think that anybody used their 'dying wish' to push politics.

someone like that doesn't lose their marbles at the end - just doesn't happen like that -

one thing I forgot to mention ------------- if the democrats win the election - and McConnell gets the nomination confirmed in the lame duck period

then, he will doom the republicans for 2 decades - not 1

it's a very interesting time in history
