I have no idea about what this stock does or what it is but I feel for you mate. You should look at the positives mate, though I know it must be hard, you have learnt many important lessons:

- Dont listen to stock brokers advice.. DYOR
- Dont put money in the market that you cant afford, this is betting
- Sell when directors sell.

You will make it back buddy but it might be an idea to move your money into something else where the market is confident of their management board.
