Well put youngbuck. That is why I am not overly impressed to be underwater in PRR at 32c. Dilution of shares can have an awful effect on those who buy in just prior to dilution. This has happened to me so many times in the last 10 years its not funny. All of a sudden you only have 66% value in your shares of the company you bought into due to dilution or share/option listings etc.
