Before dilution/cap raising, PRR had a market cap of $366 million. The $40 odd million cap raising was not a major dilution. To reach a market cap of $366 million the SP should be at 36 cents, considering that we have 1 billion shares on issue. And don't forget the progress made during the past one year, including Dubai, CANVAS, Nasdaq, Phase 2b, Japan, etc
I see no reason why the market cap should not reach 500 million after Nasdaq listing.
When insiders know that CVAC has a high chance of acceptance due to phase 2b and 3 results (hopefully), a significantly higher market cap will be justified based on multiples of forecasted earnings.
