You email starts with 'unfortunately' and goes on to 'how can Prima justify'... The tone is that there are problems. You suggest that a $6 SP for the ADR is a negative, presumably based on a lack of basic knowledge about the way SP works.
I can't see how any of that's helping Prima to succeed in the US?
What is MR going to read your email and revise his listing srategy?
