    When a stock is range bound then shareholders blame the company. CTP is in a strong position as of 2019 and has outperformed this year. CTP has always been a long term hold and the fact that they are still expanding and continuing to drill which is a good sign. This is a case of buy the dips and hold. I think 0.20+ in the next year of two is not off the table however invest your money wisely. I do agree that he board should keep there news feed up to date and engage more with shareholders.
