A contested charge involving a triple murder is far from a simple case.
With no admission of guilt, it's a massive task for police and the Crown to gather and present enough conclusive evidence to remove any element of doubt in order to obtain a conviction.
And from what I've seen so far the accused has provided reasonably plausible explanations to create enough doubt for a jury to return a not guilty verdict.
Whether or not it was an accident is another matter but the test is proof beyond a reasonable doubt. So unless a smoking gun emerges I predict she will be released.
