Also, your employee claims are way out. Rio employ 12,000 people in WA alone not including thousands of contractors and flow on business. The entire Pilbara depends on Rio and BHP for baseline employment and community conditions including basic services. Ad that to a considerable employee amount in Weipa / Amrun and 75,000 direct employees worldwide including a lot of indigenous workforce globally and the picture is a little different to what you paint.
Not chiming in on your judgement of Rio just think you should be using the right numbers first.
