This will have an effect on the juniors making it harder for them to get there heritage approvals.
When I worked for Rio Tinto had a employee who got bitten by a death adder . Promoted to Senior Fieldy.
Another one tried to change the tyre on the truck using the trucks hiab as a jack to lift the truck up. Bent the hiab and couldn't understand why it wouldn't work. Promoted to CEO no doubt. So many levels of management at Rio Tinto. No way it was an accident.
