I would have to agree.
Hedge funds hold somewhere between 25% and 55% of the stock. They have to be hurting in this market if not suffering a fatal wound. Merrill Lynch was sold last week. JP Morgan seems to be strong but the others?
If this group were offered a premium of 35% or 28 cps would they take it? How about a 70% premium or 36 cps? Its still way way below the 64 cps max last June.
